In collaboration with BISA’s Global Nuclear Order Working Group, we are pleased to invite contributions to our next event, Un-siloing Pedagogy and Research: Intersecting Harms and Risks in International Security.
This informal, in-person workshop will bring together colleagues interested in sharing ideas on pedagogy and research in nuclear politics and related security issues in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The workshop will take place at the University of Glasgow’s Advanced Research Centre on 26 May 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00.
To apply, please send a 200-word statement explaining why you would like to take part and how you would contribute to the workshop discussions to gno.group@bisa.ac.uk by Friday, 20 April 2026. We welcome prompts for conversation, works in progress, creative exercises, teaching demonstrations, and other non-traditional formats.
Applicants must be BISA members to participate.
A limited number of travel and accommodation bursaries of up to £200 are available for PGR and ECR colleagues. Refreshments, lunch, and an evening dinner will also be provided.
